How do I add a new page to my website?
Adding a new webpage to your website is simple! Simply go to the "pages" menu and click the add button. The instructions outlined should guide you through the rest of the process. If you're still unsure, you can download the Re:WriteNow user guide here.
I've deleted a page from my site! Is there any way of getting it back?
Unfortunately there is no easy way of retrieving a deleted webpage. If your page was vitally important, you can contact our support team by e-mailing support@rewritenow.com along with your contact details. Please note that support incidents are charged hourly at £75 per hour.
I have a lot of questions, is there some kind of user manual?

Ensure that you have your username and password ready. Go to your site (www.yoursite.com) and type in /admin after the domain name in the address bar. Hit enter and you should see a login screen.
I'm worried that my username and password might be compromised!
You should never tell anyone your username and password. The last thing you want is for some stranger to start misrepresenting your company online. In the event that your username and password have been compromised, you can e-mail support@rewritenow.com with your account details. A member of our team will reset your password to an alternative of your choosing. Please note that this process is chargable.
I'm bored of this template, can I have a new one?
We offer hundreds of templates, and expect to offer thousands more in the future! If at any time you feel that your website needs a makeover, simply e-mail our support team at support@rewritenow.com with your contact and website details. I've changed my company logo, how do I update my template with this change?

I'm using a Macintosh and I can't update my site!
Unfortunately the editing box that Re:WriteNow uses will only work on a PC. You can however download an emulator that will trick your MAC into thinking that it is a PC. We are currently sorting out a link directly to this software, please check back often for an update.
I started with 5 e-mail addresses, but now I want to change one. Is this possible?
Yes! Unfortunately changing e-mail information or addresses is once again charged hourly. Please e-mail support@rewritenow.com with your account and website details and a member of our team will be happy to help you out.
What are the incoming and outgoing POP3/SMTP settings to retrieve my mail?
After your site launched, you will have been given a detailed set of instructions by a member of our sales team. If for some reason you have misplaced this document, you can download these details again by clicking here!
I need to change the password of one or more of my e-mail accounts, how do I do this?
Unfortunately you'll need to e-mail through your details to support@rewritenow.com and have a member of our technical team administer these changes for you. All support incidents are charged hourly.
Can I have some extra e-mail accounts? 5 isn't enough.

Is it possible to re-direct my e-mail account to another e-mail account?
By now you should be noticing a trend. E-mail redirections can be set up by a member of technical support team and charged hourly. Simply send through your details and redirect information to support@rewritenow.com
I'm using a certain web browser and my website appears to be broken.
You may not know this, but our templates are built to current W3C standards (http://www.w3c.org). Because some older web browsers have depricated CSS parsing engines, it's possible that your website may appear to be broken while viewing it in an older version of Internet Explorer or Mozilla. To ensure the best possible internet experience, please ensure that your browser is kept up to date by using an automated updater within the browser or downloading them straight from the company websites. If you still experience problems, please e-mail details of which browser you are using (you can normally find this out by using Help > About in your browser menu) to support@rewritenow.com, these incidents will not be charged hourly as they form part of our general terms & conditions.
I can't login to my account, and I'm sure I've got the right login details!
Re:WriteNow uses a technology called "Session Cookies" to keep your login alive once you've logged in. Generally, most browsers have cookies enabled by default. If for some reason you have disabled cookies, you will need to grant them solely for your website, or enable them completely. Webre:ality does not store cookie information nor does it use cookie information to advertise or present you with millions of popups.
I am unable to update my website through the Re:WriteNow administrator interface.

The editing box is acting strangely!
The editing box is a powerful tool that generates HTML code while you type. To this end, it is sometimes possible for the editing box to add extra HTML code where it is not needed, and this normally happens when content is copied and pasted from existing websites or from programs such as Microsoft Word. Because some websites use tables to display information in a certain way, you may find that content you have copied into the editing box has retained these tables. Your safest bet will be to fits copy content into a program like Notepad (which doesn't support HTML code) and then copying it again from notepad into the editing box.
